Questions from prospective merchants.
What pricing tiers does Nair offer?
Three tiers, billed in the local currency of your region. In Tunisia the plans are Starter (TND 15), Growth (TND 35) and Business (TND 50); in the Eurozone they are Essential (€5), Pro (€10) and Business (€15); equivalent prices apply in USD, GBP and CHF. We include a 30-day free trial on every plan and you can cancel with one click at any time — no contracts. Full price breakdown on the /pricing page.
Which countries and regions do you support?
We are piloting in MENA and the EU: Tunisia, Morocco, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK and Switzerland. The AI agent auto-detects the customer's language from their WhatsApp number's country prefix — Arabic for +216 / +212, French for +33, German for +49, Spanish for +34, Italian for +39, English by default — and replies in that language. Continuous Arabic-script detection overrides the country-code guess so customers writing in Arabic get Arabic replies even from European numbers.
How does the WhatsApp Business integration work?
Nair uses the official WhatsApp Cloud API — no unofficial BSP, no grey-route relay. You connect your WhatsApp Business number from the merchant portal at /whatsapp-settings, paste your phone_number_id, access_token and waba_id, and we store them in the encrypted whatsapp_settings table scoped to your account. No environment-variable setup, no server restarts — configuration is per-merchant and reversible.
How does stock sync work?
Every confirmed order automatically increments the sold count and decrements products.stock in real time. When stock crosses your low_stock_threshold (default 5), Nair warns the customer in the same WhatsApp thread and suggests an in-stock alternative. Low-stock alerts also surface in the merchant dashboard so you know when to restock before a customer asks for an item you cannot fulfil.
What happens after I sign up?
You step into a four-step onboarding wizard: connect your WhatsApp Business number, upload your product list (or import our seed catalog of common grocery items via /api/onboarding/seed-catalog), set your shop's language, tax rate and delivery fee, and you go live. The whole flow takes around fifteen minutes — you can preview it without committing at /demo on the landing page.
What are "leads" and how does that work?
The /signup form on the landing page records every prospective merchant as a row in the leads table — business name, owner name, WhatsApp number, the message they sent, plus the GDPR consent timestamp captured at submit. Once they finish the onboarding wizard, we stamp leads.signup_completed_at so you can tell in-progress signups from abandoned ones. Merchants see their own leads in the dashboard; platform admins get a unified inbox at /admin/leads.
How do payments work?
Subscriptions use Stripe Checkout — Europe plans bill in EUR, Americas in USD, MENA in TND or MAD — all driven from the /pricing page. WhatsApp orders placed through the agent default to cash-on-delivery (orders.payment_method = 'cod'), and the merchant can switch an order to confirmed payment from the dashboard if the customer pays via Stripe payment-link from the WhatsApp thread.
Where can I get support?
Email and WhatsApp channels — links are in the contact section on the landing page and in the merchant dashboard. All paid plans include email support; the Growth and Business tiers add priority email and chat response within the same business day.
